Do you charge any fee just for an initial consultation?

No. Initial conversations are free. We invest time to understand your requirement before either party makes a commitment. Fees apply only when a formal mandate is agreed or, in most verticals, only on deal completion.

We are a small company — are we too small for you?

We work with businesses of all sizes, from individual traders and MSMEs to multinational subsidiaries. Our commission-only model makes us accessible to companies that cannot afford large retainers — because we only earn when you do.

How quickly can we expect a first introduction?

It depends on the vertical and the complexity of your requirement. For trade facilitation and sourcing, first introductions typically happen within 2–4 weeks of mandate agreement. Complex deals requiring deep market research may take 4–8 weeks.

English and Hindi on both sides. Portuguese for EU-side communications where required. We have referral associates who can assist in German and French for specific mandates.
