Vinod Kumar Jain in Panchkula and Amit Jain in Porto — a father-and-son partnership built on decades of commercial experience and a shared conviction that India–EU trade is entering its most consequential era.
Speak directly with one of the principals — no sales team, no intermediaries.
Vinod Kumar Jain brings over three decades of commercial and entrepreneurial experience spanning fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceutical distribution, export trading, and business development across India's northern markets. Based at the firm's Panchkula, Haryana office, he provides the India-side origination engine — a network built over a lifetime of relationship-first commerce in the NCR corridor, Punjab, Haryana, and beyond.
His career has spanned senior roles in distribution management, territory development, and cross-sector trading — giving him an intuitive understanding of how Indian manufacturers think, what they need from international partnerships, and how to identify counterparties worth trusting. This ground-level credibility is a core asset of the Global Nexus model.
Vinod leads trade origination, supplier vetting, manufacturer introductions, and India-side commercial negotiation across all 30 verticals. His focus on relationship depth over transaction breadth means clients gain access to suppliers who rarely engage with unfamiliar intermediaries.
Amit Jain is a multi-disciplinary entrepreneur and strategist operating at the intersection of digital marketing, trade, and advisory services. Based in Porto, Portugal, he provides the EU-side commercial and strategic capacity of Global Nexus — managing European client relationships, go-to-market strategy, digital presence, and regulatory navigation across the firm's full 25-vertical scope.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma with Merit in Global Digital Marketing from the University of Essex (2024) and brings over two decades of entrepreneurial experience spanning e-commerce, health and wellness coaching, education, and cross-border advisory. His academic grounding in digital marketing strategy complements a practical track record of building and scaling ventures across multiple sectors.
Amit leads EU client strategy, digital channel development, market entry advisory, go-to-market planning for Indian brands entering Europe, and the firm's franchise development programme. His Portugal base positions him within the AICEP ecosystem and the Lusophone trade corridor — a distinct advantage for firms entering the EU through its most accessible western gateway.
Most India–EU trade intermediaries operate from one side of the corridor only — they either know India or they know Europe. The knowledge gap on the other side is patched with assumptions. We are different: a genuine presence on both sides, with both principals personally accountable.
Vinod's three-decade manufacturer and distributor network in India is not replicated by any agent operating from a European desk. Credibility with Indian counterparties is earned through relationship history, not business cards.
Amit's Portugal base provides access to AICEP (Portugal's trade and investment agency), Porto's Atlantic port infrastructure, and the EU's most accessible residency and business establishment ecosystem.
India (IST) and Portugal (WET/WEST) combined give us effective coverage across the full business day — morning calls with EU clients, afternoon calls with Indian counterparts, without forcing either side into unsociable hours.
A father-and-son partnership has fundamentally different incentive dynamics from an employee–employer relationship. Both principals have personal skin in every mandate — reputation, capital, and family credibility.
Our commercial model is a deliberate statement of values. By earning the majority of our income only on successful deal completion, we align our incentives entirely with yours. We have no reason to introduce unsuitable counterparties, rush a transaction to close, or maintain a relationship that isn't producing results.
This model also makes us selective. We take on mandates we believe we can execute — not mandates we collect for appearances. Every active mandate receives genuine attention from one or both principals.
Transparency on fees, honest assessment of deal probability, and clear communication when something isn't working: these are not marketing positions — they are commercial necessities when your income depends on outcomes, not activity.
Begin a ConversationEvery commercial relationship we build is meant to outlast the first transaction. Short-term commission at the cost of long-term trust is a trade we never make.
We disclose all commission relationships upfront. If we earn from a referral, you know about it before you decide.
If a deal looks unlikely to close, we say so. If a counterparty fails our credibility check, we decline the introduction regardless of the commission opportunity.
Each deal adds a node to our network. We invest in counterparty relationships because the network compounds — today's buyer is next year's seller.
